- International student (non-Dutch) - EEA students may also apply but non-EEA students are strongly prioritised
- Applying for any MSc programme at TU Delft
- Exceptional academic track record - typically top of undergraduate class (cum laude or equivalent)
- Must meet and fulfil all TU Delft MSc admission requirements independently
- Note: you apply for admission AND the scholarship in parallel - do NOT wait for admission offer before applying for the scholarship
- Application submitted via TU Delft's online application system (same portal as admission)
- A separate scholarship motivation is required within the same application
