
Fulbright Doctoral Degree (PhD) Scholarship
The Fulbright PhD Scholarship provides 3 years of fully funded doctoral study at a US university for Indonesian citizens holding a master's degree. Administered by AMINEF, it covers tuition, living allowance, airfare, and health insurance. Preference is given to those planning academic careers in Indonesia. Note: the parallel DIKTI-Fulbright track for NIDN lecturers is currently on hiatus. Deadline: February 15.

- - Indonesian citizen, currently residing in Indonesia
- - Hold a master's degree (S2)
- - Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- - Minimum TOEFL ITP 575 / TOEFL iBT 90 / IELTS 7.0 / Duolingo 135
- - Intention to take up or return to an academic position upon completion
- - Preference given to applicants who plan to teach or do research at an Indonesian university or research institution
- - Demonstrated leadership qualities and community service experience
- - Strong commitment to return to Indonesia after completing the scholarship
- - Not currently receiving another scholarship
- - All disciplines eligible EXCEPT medicine related to patient care

- 2Complete the online application form including: one-page study objective, one-page personal statement, bibliography of published work, and academic writing sample
- 3Upload: TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo score (less than 2 years old), 3 letters of reference, legalized master's + bachelor's transcripts and diplomas (Indonesian + English), KTP or passport, CV
- 4Submit before February 15
- 5Only shortlisted applicants will be notified for interview
