The Université Paris-Saclay International Master's Scholarships (IDEX) provide €10,000/year to outstanding international students admitted for the first time to Master's programmes at Paris-Saclay and its partner institutions. Selection is based on academic level, personal project, and for M2 students, motivation to pursue a PhD.

Detailed requirements

  • - Must be admitted to a Master's programme at Université Paris-Saclay delivered by eligible institutions (AgroParisTech, CentraleSupélec, ENS Paris-Saclay, INSTN-CEA, IOGS, Univ. Évry Paris-Saclay, Univ. Paris-Saclay, UVSQ)
  • - International student studying in France for the FIRST TIME
  • - Age 30 or younger during the year of selection
  • - Students of foreign nationality living in France less than 1 year (previously in non-degree training or internship) may still be eligible
  • - Students of foreign nationality in France for less than 1 year for language classes may still be eligible
  • - Students who studied in France under a mobility programme (e.g. Erasmus) that did NOT lead to a French degree may still be eligible
  • - Selected students receive an email invitation to apply - no proactive application required
  • - Must provide two referees (director of studies, professor, or internship coordinator)

  1. 1Apply and gain admission to a Master's programme at one of the eligible Paris-Saclay institutions
  2. 2If selected for scholarship consideration, you will receive an email invitation with a link to the online application form
  3. 3Complete the online scholarship application and provide contact details of two referees
  4. 4Both referees will receive an email link to submit their recommendations
  5. 5Application is complete only when both referee forms are submitted
