TaiwanICDF Higher Education Scholarship
The TaiwanICDF Scholarship covers full tuition, on-campus housing, monthly stipend, airfare, and health insurance for master's and PhD students from partner developing countries. Unlike the MOE scholarship, ICDF restricts applicants to 32 pre-chosen programmes at 18 universities, but offers more comprehensive funding. The application and university placement are handled as one process through the ICDF portal.
