MOE Taiwan Scholarship - Bachelor's Degree

The MOE Taiwan Scholarship covers tuition (up to NTD 40,000/semester) and provides a monthly living stipend for bachelor's degree students at any accredited Taiwan university. The scholarship and university admission are two completely separate processes — you must apply to both independently. TOCFL Level 3 is required for Chinese-taught programmes.

  • - Apply through local TECO (Taipei Economic and Cultural Office) or ROC overseas mission
  • - Must separately apply for university admission and submit admission letter by 30 June

How to apply
