Dr Goh Keng Swee (GKS) Scholarship
The Dr Goh Keng Swee (GKS) Scholarship is a prestigious private sector scholarship administered by the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS), awarded to 3–4 outstanding students annually from 15 Asia Pacific economies to pursue undergraduate studies at NUS. From 2026, the scholarship is exclusively administered through NUS. A 3-year bond is required after graduation.

- - Citizen or passport holder of one of 15 Asia Pacific economies: Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam
- - Singapore citizens and PRs are NOT eligible
- - Must have interest in pursuing undergraduate studies at NUS and meet NUS admission criteria for AY2026/2027
- - Not already studying at NUS
- - Strong leadership qualities and good academic and co-curricular activities (CCA) achievements
- - Does not require pursuing a career in banking and finance after graduation
- - Bond: 3 years with a Singapore-registered company OR a Singapore-based company in home country approved by the Dr GKS Scholarship Fund
