  • - Citizen of an ASEAN member country (excluding Singapore)
  • - Outstanding high school results
  • - Strong leadership qualities and potential
  • - Good co-curricular activities record
  • - Applying for admission to a full-time undergraduate degree programme at NUS
  • - Transfer applicants are not eligible
  • - Minimum GPA of 3.50/5.00 per semester to maintain scholarship
  • - Cannot concurrently hold other scholarships without prior NUS approval
  • - MOE Tuition Grant bond: 3 years with Singapore-registered company after graduation
  • - Students in Dentistry and Medicine must serve 5–6 year bond with Singapore Ministry of Health
