  • - Open to all nationalities
  • - Must have or be on track to obtain at least a Second-Class (Upper) Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • - Non-Singaporean non-PR applicants must have the degree from a Singapore autonomous university
  • - Must be in last semester of final year of undergraduate, OR already enrolled in a Singapore autonomous university PhD program (Mid-Term AGS)
  • - Must gain PhD admission at NUS, NTU, SUTD, SMU, or SIT
  • - Non-Singaporean / non-PR scholars: 3-year service commitment in Singapore-based companies after graduation
