A*STAR Graduate Scholarship (AGS) — International
The A*STAR Graduate Scholarship (AGS) funds up to 4 years of PhD or EngD studies at a Singapore autonomous university across four strategic tracks: STEM, Semiconductor, Quantum, and Computing. International scholars without Singapore PR must serve a 3-year commitment in Singapore-based companies after graduation.

- - Open to all nationalities
- - Must have or be on track to obtain at least a Second-Class (Upper) Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- - Non-Singaporean non-PR applicants must have the degree from a Singapore autonomous university
- - Must be in last semester of final year of undergraduate, OR already enrolled in a Singapore autonomous university PhD program (Mid-Term AGS)
- - Must gain PhD admission at NUS, NTU, SUTD, SMU, or SIT
- - Non-Singaporean / non-PR scholars: 3-year service commitment in Singapore-based companies after graduation
