- - Not currently holding a Romanian state scholarship for the same study cycle

Non-EU international students (including Indonesians) seeking fully funded Bachelor, Master, or PhD degrees in Romania across all fields except Medicine, Dental Medicine, and Pharmacy.

How to apply

- 2Step 2: Register on the online platform at scholarships.studyinromania.gov.ro
- 3Step 3: Fill in the application form and upload all required documents (passport, diplomas, transcripts, medical certificate, language certificate)
- 4Step 4: Submit the application before 31 March 2026
- 5Step 5: Wait for the selection result (around 15 July 2026)
- 6Step 6: If accepted, receive Letter of Acceptance and apply for Romanian study visa
- 7Step 7: Travel to Romania and complete enrolment at the assigned university
