Who can apply

Students from Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, North Africa/Middle East, Asia (including Indonesia for some programs), and Eastern Europe (Ukraine). NOT for EU/EEA/Swiss/OECD high-income nationals. Master's and PhD applicants under age 35–40. One of the most generous fully funded scholarship programmes for developing-country students, especially for those committed to development work. Indonesia is eligible for select sub-programs.
