- - Cumulative GPA of 80% or higher in the most recent educational program
- - Not have received a Korean Government scholarship previously
- - Two application tracks: Embassy Track (through Korean Embassy) or University Track (direct to GKS universities)
- - Embassy Track: apply to up to 3 universities (must include at least 1 Type B university)
