  • - Undergraduate or graduate student of foreign nationality
  • - Enrolled at an overseas university that has an exchange agreement with a NIIED-affiliated Korean university

  • - Have not previously received a Korean government scholarship
  • - Not currently studying in Korea
  • - Cannot apply to more than one Korean university at the same time
  • - Scholarship extension (second semester) not permitted after completing one semester
