  • - Bachelor's degree or equivalent with superior academic record
  • - At least two years of full-time professional working experience after a university degree

  • - Not more than 35 years old in most cases, with exceptions for senior officials and managers
  • - Must agree to return to home country after completing studies
  • - Must apply to an approved Master's programme at a participating institution
