The Presidential Scholarship of the Russian Federation is a highly prestigious internal scholarship awarded to outstanding students already studying in Russia, including international students. It recognises excellence in academics, research, innovation, culture, and sports. The amount is set annually by the Russian Government.

- Disbursed on top of any existing Russian Government Quota scholarship
