Malaysia International Scholarship (MIS)
The Malaysia International Scholarship (MIS) is a Malaysian Government initiative to attract top international talent for postgraduate studies. Covers full tuition, MYR 1,500/month living allowance, health insurance, airfare, and thesis costs for Master's (24 months) and PhD (36 months). Indonesia is a key partner country. Living costs in Malaysia are relatively low, making the stipend more sufficient compared to European programmes.

- - Bachelor's degree with minimum CGPA 3.0/4.0 (for Master's applicants)

- - English proficiency: IELTS 6.0+ or TOEFL 550+ (paper) / 80+ (internet)
- - Already obtained admission or currently applying to Malaysian universities
- - Not currently enrolled in any Malaysian university
